Wood Partners Transfers Property Management to Greystar

Total units under management for Greystar reach more than 895,000.

Wood Partners is in a new relationship that transfers all of the Atlanta-based builder and developer's units under management to Greystar. The Charleston-based real estate firm adds more than 130 properties with 38,000 units across 17 states and will be the manager for Wood's future assets.

"Wood Partners is one of the highest-quality and most well-respected developers and owners of institutional quality rental housing properties in the country and we are honored that they have selected Greystar to be their single-source provider for management services," said Mike Clow, Executive Managing Director of Greystar’s U.S. Real Estate Services, in a release.

Greystar now has more than 895,000 units at over 3,200 communities.
