Jared Ford      President, Build to Rent and Multifamily      Catamount Constructors, Inc.     Denver 

Catamount Constructors, Inc., announced the hiring of Jared Ford as President, Build to Rent and Multifamily. Ford brings two decades of experience to Catamount’s BTR and multifamily projects. His industry tenure includes notable positions at Fortune-Johnson, Crescent Communities, The Dinerstein Companies and Cortland. In Ford’s role as President, he will collaborate closely with Catamount’s existing leadership to further elevate Catamount’s brand reputation in these key markets. 

 

Mike Davis      CEO     CORT Business Services     Chantilly, Va. 

CORT Business Services, a Berkshire Hathaway company, announced Mike Davis has been named the company’s CEO. He succeeds Jeffery Pederson, who retired after serving as CEO of CORT since 2012. Davis was President and Chief Operating Officer of CORT. He has held leadership roles in both sales and operations within CORT and has served on numerous industry association boards. 

 

Scott Larson      Vice President of Capital Markets     The Opus Group      Minneapolis 

Scott Larson has joined The Opus Group as Vice President of Capital Markets. In his new role, Larson will be responsible for growing the company’s capital markets capabilities nationally and across various product types. He will work closely with all of Opus’ joint venture partners and be a critical resource for Opus development teams across the United States from project inception to completion. Larson will be based in the company’s Minneapolis headquarters. Most recently, Larson was Senior Vice President and Principal of Axial Real Estate Advisors LLC. 

 

Natalie Jones      Vice President of Operations     Chamberlin + Associates      Phoenix 

Natalie Jones has joined Chamberlin + Associates Real Estate Management as Vice President of Operations. She started her career in the multifamily housing industry as a Property Manager for a small, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit community. In 2019, Jones stepped into a position as a Managing Director of Multifamily Housing Investments for Mark-Taylor Residential. During this time, she oversaw a number of class-A luxury communities across Arizona. In 2023, she was awarded the Supervisor of the Year award by the Arizona Multihousing Association.

 

David A. Williamson Jr.     Senior Vice President of Sales and New Business Development      Docuverus     Mullica Hill, N.J. 

David A. Williamson Jr. has joined Docuverus as the new Senior Vice President of Sales and New Business Development. 
Williamson will bring over 20 years of experience in sales and risk management solutions to the team. Prior to joining Docuverus, 
Williamson held a significant role at RealPage Insurance Services. Before RealPage, Williamson was instrumental at two successful 
start-ups. 

 

Dustin Mullins     Marketing and Public Relations Director      Breeden Construction     Richmond, Va. 

Breeden Construction has promoted Dustin Mullins to Marketing and Public Relations Director. Mullins will be responsible for conceiving and executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth. In addition, he will help overall brand development and messaging in the marketplace. Prior to serving in this new role, Mullins worked as an Assistant Manager and Social Media and Event Coordinator for The Breeden Company. 

 

Matt Cotton      Vice President of Land Acquisition     Brook Farm Group      Atlanta 

Brook Farm Group has hired Matt Cotton as Vice President of Land Acquisition, based in the company’s Atlanta office. Cotton’s experience spans real estate development, land acquisition and site selection for real estate industry firms across the Southeast. He will oversee implementing Brook Farm Group’s acquisition strategy and efforts to identify and secure new land sites for multifamily development in the Southeast. Most recently, Cotton served as the Director of Site Selection for the Southeast Region of Trilogy Residences in Alpharetta, Ga. 

 

Levi Walters      Director of Asset Management & Capital Markets      Sands Companies     Myrtle Beach, S.C. 

Levi Walters has joined Sands Companies as Director of Asset Management & Capital Markets. Walters is based in the firm’s Myrtle Beach headquarters. He focuses on identifying new site acquisitions and development opportunities, investor relations, sourcing debt and equity and management of existing projects. Prior to joining Sands, he worked in the Charleston-based Multifamily Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield. He also held positions in acquisitions and asset management for Salt Lake City-based Milburn & Company and in multifamily production with Freddie Mac. 

 

Steve Dunmore      President, New York      FirstService Residential      Dania Beach, Fla. 

FirstService Residential announced the appointment of Steve Dunmore as President of its New York operations. In this role, Dunmore will oversee all aspects of FirstService Residential’s New York operations, leading a team of over 500 property management professionals across the metro area. Dunmore joins FirstService Residential from Sodexo, where he most recently served as CEO of Schools, North America, managing a network of 17,000 employees. 

 

Blake Okland      President, Multifamily Capital Markets     Cushman & Wakefield      New York 

Greystone and Cushman & Wakefield jointly announced that Blake Okland, Greystone’s Chief Revenue Officer, will expand his duties and assume the additional role of President, Multifamily Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining Greystone in 2023, Okland served as Vice Chairman and Head of Multifamily Investment Sales for Newmark. Okland has held roles with ARA prior to its acquisition by Newmark, CBRE and Archstone-Smith Communities Trust. The joint venture between Greystone and Cushman & Wakefield formed in 2021.
