Each February, CampusConnex brings together student housing professionals from across the country for two days of networking and collaboration. In 2019, the conference debuted a new format and program incorporating more structured discussions and opportunities to share ideas and experiences amongst attendees as well as supplier partners.

NAA’s Student Housing Lease uses the same technology and industry-standard template as the highly successful apartment Click & Lease Program. Along with the addenda, the Student Housing Lease covers the entire rental process and is reviewed by expert attorneys to ensure legal compliance. The Student Housing version integrates with your existing property management software.

NAA’s Education Institute launched the online Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Student Housing micro-credential on its online learning platform, Visto. The new CAM Student Housing course focuses on the distinct set of management concerns that differ from conventional rental housing, giving CAMs the knowledge they need to successfully address them. Learn about the key differences between managing market-rate rental housing and managing student housing, and be prepared to sit for the CAM Student Housing micro-credential exam.
