Greystar and Airbnb have collaborated to bring financial success to residents and properties. The real estate firm announced in early February that its partnership with Airbnb-friendly apartments has brought in more than $3 million in income for residents and more than $950,000 for hosting properties.

Greystar offers this partnership with Airbnb at more than 160 communities. Other flexible living options by Greystar include its upcoming furnished units.

"Allowing residents to host on Airbnb with this program has been a huge success for our participating multifamily housing communities," said Mike Clow, Executive Director at Greystar, in a release. "We are enabling renters to tap into flexible living arrangements, while providing building owners and operators full transparency and oversight of the hosting activities happening in their communities."

The collaboration allows for short-term rentals with enhanced management and security through Airbnb's background and ID verification processes.
