Urban Alliance and the Pension Real Estate Association Foundation are working to build a more diverse, equitable residential real estate industry. After a small pilot in the greater Washington, D.C. area that launched leasing and maintenance careers for newly National Apartment Association-certified interns (like Javon Washington, pictured), the Property Management Pathway program is doubling down and expanding to Chicago for the 2021-2022 school year.
