Fogelman Properties has named Samantha Lange as Manager of Acquisitions. Lange will be based in the Atlanta corporate office and brings a proven history of multifamily loan originations experience. She will work closely with the SVP of Investments, Mike Aiken, and the transaction team in securing new investment opportunities throughout the Sunbelt and Midwest. Lange joined Fogelman after serving as the team lead for Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, where she oversaw the Atlanta field office.

Charlotte, N.C.-based entrepreneur and financial services executive Kevin Button has acquired MirrorMate from Founder, Lisa Huntting. Button took the helm as CEO and Owner of the 17-year-old consumer-based home décor brand in May. Button brings over 20 years of experience with GE and Synchrony and served in senior executive roles at the SVP and COO levels. He was head of operations for Synchrony’s Consumer Banking division as it grew from $6 billion to more than $50 billion in holdings.

FirstService Residential, a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation, has appointed David Diestel as CEO. Diestel, who has been with the company for nearly 20 years and most recently was President of FirstService Residential South region, succeeds Chuck Fallon after more than eight years driving a prolific time in the company’s history. His rise through the ranks began in 2002 as Director of Strategy and Operations for the parent company FirstService Corporation in Toronto. He moved to Florida in 2007 to join FirstService Residential as the company’s Senior Vice President of Operations and was promoted to President of FirstService Residential South in 2014.

McIntosh, with over 20 years of multifamily experience, served as Vice President of Business Development for Financial Services at RealPage, where he was responsible for screening, payments and renter’s insurance business lines.

ROVR Score announced Taylor Gunn as the newest member of the leadership team as Senior Vice President. Gunn most recently served as Director, Real Estate Research at Ryan, a global tax services and software provider. Prior to Ryan, she oversaw research and analytics efforts for CA Ventures’ student housing division. She was responsible for the maintenance and analysis of data to guide investment decisions and strategy.
