Timothy Santucci is assuming responsibility for the physical and financial health of WinnCompanies multi-billion-dollar national portfolio. He began his career at WinnCompanies 20 years ago as a maintenance technician for a medical office building in Brookline, Mass. In his new role, Santucci will be primarily responsible for physical and financial strategic planning, quality controls and tracking performance of the stabilized portfolio owned by WinnCompanies. The position also oversees capital transactions, including refinancing activities, partner/investor buyouts and assisting with asset dispositions. Santucci will manage a staff of five.

Multifamily management firm WestCorp Management Group has appointed Jed Weidauer Director of Business Development. Weidauer has been with the company since 2011 with responsibilities including management, openings and lease-ups of WestCorp’s Nevada portfolio. As Director of Business Development, Weidauer will be responsible for growing WestCorp’s portfolio of properties under management. This includes sales, marketing, business development and relationship management with existing and prospective clients along with multifamily real estate executives.

Carl Stockholm has joined LeaseLock as Vice President of Enterprise Sales for the West Region. From 2013 to 2015, he served as Vice President of Institutional Business Development at RealPage, where he was responsible for working with multifamily operators and institutional owners to accelerate growth. In the process of doubling annual sales for RealPage’s institutional division, he built an extensive network of trusted relationships. Most recently, he served as Director of Enterprise Sales at Avalara, a $6 billion market cap SaaS company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
