New program allows residents to earn points for paying rent.

There’s a new way for residents to earn rewards for paying rent on time. Kairos announced in late June 2021 a new partnership with leading real estate companies including AMLI Residential, AvalonBay Communities, Blackstone, Camden Property Trust, Cushman & Wakefield, Equity Residential, GID-Windsor Communities, Lennar Corporation, The Moinian Group, Morgan Properties, Related Companies, SL Green Realty Corp., Starwood Capital Group, Trammell Crow Residential and Veritas Investments.

"Bilt Rewards is the most innovative loyalty program to launch in a generation,” said Brian Kelly, Bilt Senior Loyalty Advisor and Founder and CEO of The Points Guy, in a release. “Just by paying rent, you can now earn points to travel the world, or even buy a home."

Bilt Rewards allows residents to earn rewards for paying rent as well as referring prospective residents and signing a lease. The new Bilt Mastercard also gives residents the opportunity to pay rent to earn points without worrying about fees. Reward points can be redeemed for travel with more than 100 airlines and hotels.

“We are continuously looking for ways to make the renting journey more enjoyable for tenants, and Bilt offers a win-win solution for everyone by creating more ways for us to interact with and reward our residents,” said Jeff Jannereth, Vice President, Multifamily, Cushman & Wakefield, in a release.

Residents of more than 2 million apartment homes can earn rewards through Bilt Rewards.
