Conference Status

With the ongoing circumstances related to COVID-19, NAA has made a difficult decision to cancel the in-person Apartmentalize event in Dallas and move to an entirely virtual conference. This change also impacts the NAA Legal Symposium which was to be held on November 5.  While our preference would have been to convene in person, this carefully vetted decision prioritizes the health and safety of all attendees.

The Legal Symposium has been transitioned to a virtual event and will take place November 17 & 18.

As our appreciation for your continued support, the Legal Symposium will be offered free of charge. 

About the Conference

The 2020 Government Affairs Roundtable and Legal Symposium (GART), is NAA's event that connects and educates government affairs professionals and volunteers while discussing pressing rental housing industry issues happening all over the country.

The NAA Legal Symposium, concurrent with GART, offers attorneys an opportunity to earn CLE credits while discussing the trends, threats and challenges facing the rental housing industry. The Legal Symposium is a must-attend event for all industry professionals seeking to stay informed and prepared to contend with the ever-evolving world of rental housing law and regulation.
