The Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of NAA’s Association Resources group. The position will be critical in the development and implementation of plans to achieve overall growth, engagement, and satisfaction of Association Executives and their volunteer leadership.
The Customer Service Manager provides leadership to NAA’s Client Solutions Center. The Manager is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the call center including caller satisfaction, training, and systems. The Manager will lead, develop, and evaluate a team of Client Solutions Center representatives to deliver best in class service through customer focus and operational excellence.
The Client Solutions Specialist provides excellent service and support to all clients who contact the organization. This position will be working with a team of other specialists to address end user issues via phone and email. This position will assist clients with a variety of tier one and tier two requests ranging in topics, covering a majority of organizational information and services.
The Communications Manager of Government Affairs develops and manages the overall communications and marketing strategy for the Government Affairs Department. This position will work collaboratively with staff to build and enhance internal and external awareness, visibility and value of the Department’s programs and services as well as outreach initiatives and partnership programs. The Manager will coordinate all work through the Director, Communications and involve the Senior Manager, Marketing, to ensure cross-departmental planning and coordinated messaging.
The Online Learning Administrator will serve as administrator, project manager, client specilaist, and user support for National Apartment Association Education Institute's (NAAEI) Learning Management System (LMS) that can be utilized by members of NAA's 160 state and local apartment associations. This position will serve as a liasion to NAA's Information Technology Department to ensure the intregrity of NAAEI's data in the Nimble (Salesforce) system.
