Human Resources & Administration
HR & Administration Manager is responsible for performing HR- related duties on a professional level and works closely with SVP, HR & Administration. The position develops and administers all HR and Administration programs and processes design. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
This position creates a vision for, plans, and drives the enterprise-wide digital strategy, aligning the strategy with organization-wide strategic objectives. Works closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define the role of the digital operations in the broader organization and how it can enable important organization-wide objectives. Lead NAA’s Digital Strategy and Operations Division, which includes Operations & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Digital Experience & Engagement and ensures that the digital vision aligns with the organization's and that the digital roles and processes are properly defined to enable digital support across the organization.
The Director, CRM and Analytics is a strategic leader, responsible for NAA’s Customer Relationship Management platform, organizational analytics and reporting. The Director must apply proven problem-solving skills to guide and assist various users on issues related to the design, development, deployment, and use of critical business software. The Director will also manage analysis and reporting for the organization, helping establish dashboards and critical KPIs for NAA.
You will play a vital role in our work and gain a working knowledge about legislative and regulatory policy, grassroots mobilization and fundraising. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong research and critical thinking skills. This is a paid internship with flexible start and end dates within the months of June to September.
Affiliate & Member Engagement
Under the direction of the Director, Association Resources, the Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service, support and project management as it relates to NAA’s affiliate network. The Manager is a creative and strategic thinker who contributes to NAA’s Association Resources group by building relationships with affiliate staff and volunteer leadership to understand their unique needs and to connect them to resources and services that would help strengthen the local affiliate, members, and relationships with NAA/ NAAEI. The Manager will also play an integral role in the development of programs to serve the AE and affiliate staff stakeholder group.
