Human Resources & Administration
The Human Resources Specialist provides assistance with and facilitates the human resources processes. This position ensures effective use of plans and policies and assists with creating positive employee relations. The human resource coordinator makes certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provision are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

On the “front lines” of the customer experience, The Client Solutions Specialist provides excellent service and support to all clients who contact the organization. Working with a team of other specialists to address end-user issues via phone and email, assisting clients with a variety of tier one and tier two requests ranging in topic, covering a majority of organizational information and services.
The Director, Digital Experience is a strategic leader, responsible for developing and driving the Digital Experience Strategy in order to create a successful and rewarding customer experience on NAA’s website, mobile applications and other digital products. The incumbent will utilize internal and external data sources and analysis tools to develop a deep understanding of NAA’s constituents’ needs and motivations and translate this into a compelling digital experience. The Director is responsible for the successful execution of projects within this ecosystem, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership.
The Technology Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects, ensuring these initiatives and projects are completed ontime, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables. This individual will ensure the optimum mix of cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability throughout the life cycle (design, development, testing and evaluation, production and disposition) of each program and monitor and manage project risks as needed.
