Marketing & Communications
The Manager, Digital Media is responsible for all email communications with members and non-members and management of all NAA social media channels. Other responsibilities include NAAHQ website support.
The Sales Account Manager, is a highly skilled sales closer, who focuses to continue to foster the growth of Supplier members and prospects. The incumbent is responsible for sponsorship sales, Open Door affinity program sales, acts as a liaison with NAA’s third-party sales agency that sells advertising to suppliers, sells NAA mailing lists to supplier partners and other assigned programs, products and services.

NAA is expanding its federal advocacy efforts on behalf of apartment developers, owners, operators and their partners. To augment our lobbying capacity on Capitol Hill and before the Executive Branch, we are hiring two Directors of Federal Legislative Affairs. Each Director will have responsibility for all aspects of advocacy on a portfolio of policy issues. They will work collaboratively with policy specialists, marketing and communications staff, PAC and grassroots professionals and others to respond effectively to federal legislation and regulation and design and execute proactive federal advocacy strategies.
