Human Resources & Administration
The Human Resources Specialist provides assistance with and facilitates the human resources processes. This position ensures effective use of plans and policies and assists with creating positive employee relations. The human resource coordinator makes certain plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provision are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

On the “front lines” of the customer experience, The Client Solutions Specialist provides excellent service and support to all clients who contact the organization. Working with a team of other specialists to address end-user issues via phone and email, assisting clients with a variety of tier one and tier two requests ranging in topic, covering a majority of organizational information and services.
Digital Information Solutions
The Director, User Experience is a strategic leader, responsible for developing and driving the Digital Experience Strategy in order to create a successful and rewarding customer experience our constituents interact with our various digital properties, products and services. The incumbent will utilize internal and external data sources and analysis tools to develop a deep understanding of NAA’s constituents’needs and motivations and translate this into a compelling digital experience. The Director is responsible fo r the successful execution of projects within this ecosystem, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership.
The position is responsible for design, development, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce and other custom database and SOA applications used by NAA, its affiliates, and members. The incumbent will identify opportunities for technical enhancements and process optimization within NAA’s Salesforce-based AMS and other applications. Reporting to the Director of Data and Applications Management, the candidate will act as technical lead in developing, modifying, and updating NAA’s suite of applications.
The Project Coordinator is a member of the Click & Lease program and legal affairs teams within the Industry Operations Department. The National Apartment Association (NAA) Click & Lease program provides NAA members with the opportunity to use web-based software to create, edit, manage and execute apartment leasing forms using the official NAA state forms and other compliance products. Forms and other compliance products are developed, reviewed, and maintained by NAA staff with input from outside attorneys for each state. The individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the status to completion of all Click & Lease and legal affairs products and services as well as other duties as assigned.
