Marketing & Communications
The Manager, Digital Content, is responsible for managing the organization’s websites and digital publications to ensure consistent NAA messaging in support of NAA’s mission. This position is also responsible for NAA’s ongoing SEO efforts, management of all website improvement projects, and tracking associated metrics. In addition, the responsibilities will include working closely with other communications team members as well as other departments to coordinate on posting needs; write and copy as necessary; identify and prioritize digital projects to further the organization’s goals; and manage external vendors involved in the maintenance and optimization of NAA’s digital channels.
The Director, Business Development Solutions plays a major role in the development of NAA new products as well as developing business opportunities with external organizations, including co-marketing, co-branding and joint ventures. In addition, the Director supervises, guides and mentors a Sales Development Representative and a Business Development Representative.
The Sales Account Manager, is a highly skilled sales closer, who focuses to continue to foster the growth of Supplier members and prospects. The incumbent is responsible for sponsorship sales, Open Door affinity program sales, acts as a liaison with NAA’s third-party sales agency that sells advertising to suppliers, sells NAA mailing lists to supplier partners and other assigned programs, products and services.
The Sales Development Representative seeks new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
As the Manager of Public Policy, you will serve as a subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders on a designated portfolio of federal, state and local policy areas affecting the apartment housing industry.
This position serves as administrator, project manager, and users’ support for National Apartment Association Education Institute’s (NAAEI’s) credentialing programs. You will run all NAAEI credentialing processes, such as client enrollment, issuance of certification and administration of renewals, and oversee the use and expansion of Learning Management System (LMS) by all NAA affiliates and clients. In addition, you will serve as a liaison to NAA’s Information Technology Department to ensure the integrity of NAAEI’s data in the appropriate database and help define requirements for and implement any new technological tools.
The Salesforce Developer will develop, modify, or update applications (primarily Salesforce based) used by NAA, its affiliates and members. Lead, or play lead technical role in development teams' efforts to determine needs and processes that are automated by the AMS and other applications. Participate in or review all of the steps in the software development lifecycle to create and modify the software. He or she will report to the Director, IT operations and will work to design, develop and deploy solutions that cater to our marketplace.
