The Director, Business Development Solutions plays a major role in the development of NAA new products as well as developing business opportunities with external organizations, including co-marketing, co-branding and joint ventures. The Director is a key contributor to the discovery and creation of new business opportunities, and works closely with Director of Sales to strategize about new customer acquisitions.
The Director will build upon NAA success in working with our supplier partners, and members and strengthen our strategic relationships with them to attract new partners and members as well as upsell and cross-sell a variety of NAA products and services.
The Sales Account Manager, is a highly skilled sales closer, who focuses to continue to foster the growth of Supplier members and prospects. The incumbent is responsible for sponsorship sales, Open Door affinity program sales, acts as a liaison with NAA’s third-party sales agency that sells advertising to suppliers, sells NAA mailing lists to supplier partners and other assigned programs, products and services.

NAA’s 10-week paid Business Development Intern Program is designed to introduce undergraduate students to a professional role in Sales, Sponsorship and Business Management. As Association Resources Director, you will serve as an executive consultant and strategic partner for the thirty largest affiliates of NAA. As an integral part of our national strategy to build a stronger network of affiliated apartment associations, you will connect the national office and affiliates in a thoughtful, strategic, and customer-oriented way. You will spend a lot of your time doing outreach, assessing needs and interests, providing strategic guidance, and facilitating delivery of service – helping executives with their most complex problems.
The Client Solutions Specialist provides excellent service and support to all clients who contact the organization. This position will be working with a team of other specialists to address end user issues via phone and email. This position will assist clients with a variety of tier one and tier two requests ranging in topics, covering a majority of organizational information and services.
The Online Learning Administrator will serve as administrator, project manager, client specialist, and user support for National Apartment Association Education Institute's (NAAEI) Learning Management System (LMS) that can be utilized by members of NAA's 160 state and local apartment associations. This position will serve as a liaison to NAA's Information Technology Department to ensure the integrity of NAAEI's data in the Nimble (Salesforce) system.
The Staff Attorney is a member of the Lease Department, which is responsible for producing and selling the NAA Click & Lease forms program. This position will provide legal work in pursuit of developing and maintaining various NAA leasing forms for sale to NAA Click & Lease users.
Primary responsibilities are to assure that NAA computer systems are operational at all times and to assist the CIO and the Director of IT with IT-related strategic planning.
