Ty Jackson, NAAEI Facilitator, Association Executive, Executive Broker, CEO and more, has 17 years of experience in residential property management, including leasing, property management and international speaking. She is also an Executive Real Estate Broker and founder Tidy & Ty. Currently serving on the 2023 NAA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and RPM Careers Committees, Ty leverages her special interests in DE&I consultation, training, education and coaching in leadership, management and other positions to provide young professionals with a roadmap through the rental housing industry. Ty holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.

Angi Downey, National Strategic Account Manager for CORT, has over two decades of demonstrated exceptional leadership skills through networking and volunteer opportunities throughout the country. Her commitment to delivering high level customer experience includes industry players like Greystar, Grace Hill, ResMan Property Management Software and more. With prior work in sales and business development, Angi recognizes the importance of building strong relationships with clients, industry partners and peers to deliver insight and solutions to impact her partnerships. She holds a B.F.A in Studio Arts from Texas Tech University.

Shane Raby

Shane Raby, Regional Lease Up Property Manager for Middleburg Communities, shifted into the rental housing industry after serving twenty years as a retail executive. He is currently active on multiple committees and boards across various associations and serves as the Apartment Association of North Carolina NextGen Chair, as well as the Chair of the Education Advisory Counsel for the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association. Shane holds credentials as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), in addition to being an award-winning volunteer instructor.

Ishea Shepherd

Ishea Shepherd, AVP at AMC Delancey Group, oversees the management of over 55 scattered- site properties including leasing, maintenance, capital improvements and property management teams. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor through the National Council for Mental Well Being. Ishea holds an active Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential and graduated from NAA’s Diversity Leadership Program. She is a NAAEI Faculty member, serves on three National Committees and is dedicated to DE&I, authenticity and leadership. Ishea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University.
