Diversify Your Mindset: A 360-Degree View for Diversity & Inclusion within Rental Housing

All too often, rental housing companies consider Diversity & Inclusion primarily as it relates to their hiring practices. To create effectively diverse and inclusive workplaces, however, a 360-degree view is necessary. This webinar will address hiring new applicants to meet the demographics of rental housing. But it will also look at the broader picture – encompassing staff, leadership, peers, suppliers, and residents – in working together toward common goals.

This webinar was presented by NAA’s Diversity & Inclusion Subcommittee as part of RPM Careers Week, July 12-16, 2021.

Learn:

  • How to recognize your workplace/company representation.
  • How to create a workplace where a diversity of people is involved, developed, empowered, and trusted.
  • The value of a “For All” workplace (vs. a “For Some” workplace, that risks falling behind its competitors)
