Max LaVictoire • Managing Director of Investor Relations • Landmark Properties • Athens, Ga. 

Landmark Properties announced that Max LaVictoire has joined the firm as Managing Director of Investor Relations. LaVictoire will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Landmark’s current and prospective investors. He will also oversee the development of new investment vehicles to support Landmark’s investment strategies and growing equity capital needs. Prior to joining Landmark, he served as Principal, Head of GP Advisory Services at Hodes Weill & Associates in New York. He is also an Associate Board Member of PlayRugbyUSA. 

 

Kristie Arnst • Executive Vice President • Buckingham Companies • Indianapolis 

Buckingham Companies announced the promotion of Kristie Arnst to Executive Vice President. Arnst is a multifamily veteran with experience in all facets of real estate investment including investor relations, asset management, property management, marketing and sales. She joined Buckingham Companies in September 2020 and most recently served as Senior Vice President. In her new role, Arnst will lead the further development of Buckingham’s leadership team, the vertical integration of its portfolio, and the company’s continued growth alongside its institutional real estate investors and third-party clients. Before joining Buckingham, Arnst served as President of Pepper Pike Capital. She was also President of RESSCO and Director of Multifamily Management at The Hayman Company, with additional career stops at McKinley Inc. and Levalon Properties.

 

Jan Coonley • Chief People Officer • Marcus & Millichap • Calabasas, Calif. 

Marcus & Millichap announced the hiring of Chief People Officer Jan Coonley. Coonley will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources activities, including systems, employee engagement, performance enhancement, talent retention and acquisition, skills and leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Coonley served as a strategic and advisory partner at Heritage Bank of Commerce (HBC). As HBC’s Chief People and Culture Officer, she was responsible for all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, leadership development strategies, and compensation and benefits management. Prior to HBC, 

Coonley was head of culture at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.’s consumer bank, and held several key leadership roles at U.S. Bank, culminating as the Vice President of Strategy and Transformation

 

Shayne Aguilar • Regional Group Vice President of Operations • CORT • Chantilly, Va. 

CORT announced the promotion of Shayne Aguilar to Group Vice President of Operations for the Mountain Region and parts of the Central Region. Aguilar joined CORT in 2001, serving as Operations Manager for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. He then transitioned into the role of District General Manager for the Salt Lake City district and continued his ascent at CORT, eventually serving as Area Manager for the Mountain Region. Throughout his tenure at CORT, Aguilar has held impactful roles such as Service Center Best Demonstrated Practices 

Champion and National Best Demonstrated Practices Champion. His work as an EQ trainer and coach played a significant role in promoting an EQ-centric culture across various districts. 

 

Jen Tindle • Vice President of Strategic Insights • Grace Hill • Greenville, S.C.

Grace Hill has hired Jen Tindle as Vice President of Strategic Insights. She will play a pivotal role in driving customer-focused insights across all products. Tindle will be sharing market trends, consumer and resident behavior, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities. Tindle brings a decade of experience in the CRE industry and technology solutions to her new position. Prior to joining Grace Hill, she founded All About CRE to close the knowledge gap between CRE and tech professionals. Tindle was also a founder and CEO of CREx Software, a solutions provider of commercial real estate data integration software for managers and owners. Tindle launched her career in CRE at Pennybacker Capital, a private equity real estate firm, where she held a variety of roles, including the creation and leadership of the Data and Analytics team.

 

Andrew Bowen • Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships • LeaseLock • Dallas 

LeaseLock announced the addition of Andrew Bowen as Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. With over 30 years of experience, Bowen will provide the industry with continued thought leadership and support LeaseLock’s strategic partnerships. Prior to joining LeaseLock, Bowen spent 13 years at a leading real estate ERP provider. During his tenure there, he hosted a thought-provoking podcast series, featuring innovative investors and operators. Bowen started his career in rental housing while in college, which led to operation roles in growing hospitality and multifamily companies
