Debra Guerrero     Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Government Affairs     The NRP Group     Cleveland 

Debra Guerrero, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Government Affairs with The NRP Group, has been appointed to serve as Chairwoman of The National Association of Home Builders Affordable Housing Group. Guerrero will lead the Affordable Housing Group in its effort to advocate for improvements to policies and legislation impacting affordable housing on behalf of developers, builders and other associates, and to address issues directly affecting construction of affordable housing. She is an accomplished leader in the affordable housing industry and serves as the Chair of the Multifamily Council of the Texas Association of Builders. Guerrero is the Immediate Past President of the Texas Association of Affordable Housing Providers and was the 2022 recipient of the Jean W. MacDonald Affordable Housing Lifetime Achievement Award. 

Watchtower Security, St. Louis

Watchtower Security promoted Jeremy Allensworth to Vice President of Supply Chain in St Louis. He began with the company as the Supply Chain/Logistics Manager in 2021. Before joining Watchtower, Allensworth was the Warehouse Manager for the nation’s leading home infusion provider, overseeing supply chain and distribution functions. 

Michael Tomko has also joined Watchtower Security as VP of Technology and Strategy. He brings more than 15 years of technology sector product development and executive leadership experience to the company, previously serving as CPO at HomeWAV and VP of Product Development at MarketCast/Fizziology. 

James Dahlgren Jr.     Chief Executive Officer      WPM Real Estate Management     Owings Mills, Md.

WPM Real Estate Management has promoted James Dahlgren Jr. to Chief Executive Officer. Dahlgren was appointed President of WPM Real Estate Management in 2018. Prior to his appointment, he served as Vice President and Director of Business Development and Corporate Marketing. Joining WPM as an intern in 2005, he returned in 2007 as a full-time Assistant Property Manager. A graduate of McDaniel College, Dahlgren is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association, instructs real estate classes for the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) and sits on the MMHA Legislative Committee. 

Hines, New York

Hines has announced new leadership for New York, Washington, D.C., and Boston. Jason Alderman, Senior Managing Director, has been promoted to city head of the New York office; Andrew McGeorge, Senior Managing Director, has been promoted to city head of the Washington, D.C., office; and Sean Sacks has been promoted to Senior Managing Director and city head of Boston. The former respective city heads will continue to provide strategic support and leadership in the region. 

Alderman began his career at Hines in 1999. In his first 14 years with the firm, he worked in the Beijing, Boston and New York offices and made significant contributions to over 1.3 million square feet of ground-up developments. He rejoined Hines in 2021 as senior managing director. 

McGeorge joined Hines in 2020 and brought with him an extensive background in land development, office and multifamily, as well as strong relationships with investors, landowners and brokers – cultivated through years of working in the sector. 

Sacks began his career with Hines in 2014 as a Director to support the growing multifamily development activities in Boston. He has since been involved with development and acquisition activity totaling over 2,100 units. 

Andy Hidalgo      Senior Vice President     Lee & Associates South Florida     Miami 

Multifamily investment sales specialist Andy Hidalgo has joined Lee & Associates South Florida as Senior Vice President and will help grow its multifamily investment sales division in Florida and across the Southeast. Hidalgo arrives at Lee & Associates South Florida after serving as a Corporate Real Estate Advisor with Savills in New York. He also ran a real estate private equity firm with partner Dave Greenberg, focusing on value-add multifamily properties. He was responsible for sourcing acquisitions, equity partnerships, asset management and property management. Hidalgo previously worked for Oracle in Austin, Texas. 

Commercial Fitness Solutions, Littleton, Colo.

Commercial Fitness Solutions (CFS) recently hired Brandon White and Sam Greenberg as National Account Managers. Prior to CFS, White coached numerous universities as a certified strength conditioning specialist. He brings his expertise in kinesiology to the CFS team and will be working on projects including medical and sports performance, schools, multifamily and commercial projects. Greenberg is a second-generation fitness professional and brings his experience in luxury amenities and design to the CFS team. He will be working on projects including multifamily, hospitality, senior living and corporate wellness. 

Greta Pardo      Director of Human Resources     Housing Trust Group      Miami 

Housing Trust Group (HTG) has appointed Greta Pardo to Director of Human Resources. Her responsibilities in this role include organization-wide strategic planning, recruitment, hiring, benefits and payroll, retention, company events and team-building activities. Pardo joined HTG in 2015 after a career of over 10 years in property management with FirstService Residential. During her tenure at HTG, she has held positions of increasing responsibility and complexity working with all members of the executive staff. In 2020, she was appointed Assistant Vice President of Human Resources where she has been instrumental in planning and implementing programs that benefit all employees and enhance HTG’s organizational performance and capabilities. 

Amir Eshkol      Chief Construction Officer     TruAmerica Multifamily      Los Angeles 

TruAmerica Multifamily has promoted Amir Eshkol to the newly created position of Chief Construction Officer. Since joining the company in October 2013 as the firm’s first Construction Project Manager, Eshkol now manages a team of 14 professionals, overseeing all construction and capital improvement projects across TruAmerica’s 60,000-unit national portfolio. His career spans more than 30 years of construction and development experience, where he has focused on multifamily capital improvements for such firms as Kennedy Wilson Multifamily, Casden Properties and Goldrich and Kest Industries LLC.

Entrata announced the hires of Catherine Wong as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer and Amanda Fumo as Chief Revenue Officer. Wong and Fumo will further diversify the company’s leadership team and lead Entrata into the next stages of its growth and innovation. Prior to joining Entrata, Wong was the Chief Operating Officer and EVP of Engineering at Domo, where she led the product, engineering and design teams. Before that, she worked at Omniture and then at Adobe following its acquisition of the company. During her tenure, she ascended through the ranks, taking on increased and varied responsibilities including M&A product integration, technical architecture and engineering management and leading global teams. At Entrata, Fumo will lead the company’s award-winning sales and customer care teams. Before joining Entrata, Fumo was the Operating Vice President at Silver Lake, where she worked across an expansive portfolio of software and tech-enabled services businesses. She previously worked at Bain & Company serving consumer goods, industrial and private equity clients.
