Valet Living has promoted Isorys Dilone to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Compliance, responsible for all legal and regulatory compliance affairs of the company, and she is also a member of Valet Living’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining Valet Living in 2018, Dilone was Deputy General Counsel for the Dufry Group, where she advised worldwide management on matters relating to corporate governance, complex commercial contracts, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory matters and human resources. 

Tanya Puckett  •  Regional Vice President, Eastern Division   •  Valet Living  •  Roswell, Ga.

Valet Living has named Tanya Puckett Regional Vice President of its Eastern division. She will oversee the sales organization for the East Coast and Midwest regions as the company continues to expand its amenity service offerings. Puckett has spent 15 years serving the multifamily industry, including Senior Director of Sales and Development at ForRent.com before joining Valet Living in 2018.

Brian Greene has joined Valet Living as the RVP of Sales for the West. He comes with over 20 years of sales leadership in the service industries focusing on value and client experience. Greene will contribute to the growth of Valet Living’s amenity services to the multifamily industry in the Texas markets and all other markets to the west.

Keisha Warrick, CAPS, is joining the Residential Department as a Regional Manager for the Apartments at Metro Centre in Owings Mills and Ingram Manor in Pikesville. Warrick began her property management career with AIMCO as the Director of Marketing Operations. In 2000, she joined Home Properties and held several positions including Director of Marketing in the Washington, D.C., area. In 2019, she joined Edgewood & Vantage Management as the Vice President of Operations. Warrick has been an active member of the Maryland Multi-Housing Association for many years and was the President of the Board in 2015.

Dave Brackett has been hired by Milhaus as Senior Vice President of Property Operations. Brackett recently served as the CEO of Fashion Furniture Rental in San Diego. Before his time at Fashion, Brackett served as Senior VP at The Irvine Company in Orange County, Calif., where he revamped and restructured their apartment operations while overseeing 40,000 units. In his role of SVP of Property Operations, Brackett will be spearheading the success of the Milhaus property management division to ensure an outstanding service that is employee and customer-focused.

Residential property management leader Christine “Chris” Richards has joined Core Spaces as President of the firm’s property management platforms, where she will leverage her proven track record of success to guide Core’s collegiate, multifamily and purpose-built single-family property management platforms. Prior to joining Core Spaces, Richards served as a senior executive at Greystar Real Estate Partners overseeing their domestic owned and managed student platform. Richards also spent 17 years at Education Realty Trust, (EdR) where she took the REIT from $400 million to $4.6 billion in enterprise value.

Core Spaces senior leader Ben Modleski will move into the newly created role of Managing Director, Strategy and Research, providing critical insights on industry and market performance as the company expands its foothold in the student housing, multifamily and single-family rental sectors.

Kory Geans  •  Managing Partner  •  Middleburg Communities  •  Vienna, Va.

Middleburg Communities has promoted Kory Geans to a full equity partner with the title Managing Partner and will continue in his role as Chief Investment Officer. Geans was previously at Grosvenor Group, and prior to Grosvenor Group, he worked for Parmenter Realty Partners. Geans served in the United States Marine Corps in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
