The Challenge
Tableaux Interior Design and Evergreen DEVCO tasked FASTSIGNS® to design, fabricate and install a comprehensive range of visual solutions that would compliment the interior and exterior architecture of two new properties being constructed simultaneously. They needed to hit a sequence of deadlines for sign production and installation that dovetailed construction deadlines. One of the most challenging aspects involved installing a feature wall for a large, precision-metal architectural piece. The interior designer had worked with FASTSIGNS® before and had confidence the team could take broad stroke ideas and refine and execute them seamlessly.
The Solution
The FASTSIGNS® team’s expertise proved invaluable on the most challenging interior design elements and architectural wall vendor’s specs. They recommended a new, lightweight substrate that would offer a great print surface for graphics. A wow factor for the project included the innovative design and fabrication of a custom mobile light fixture which became a clubhouse visual centerpiece. Custom-designed monuments branding the properties used landscape lighting for enhanced visibility. A lightweight stone material saved on costs for the developer. The comprehensive suite of products and services also included ADA signage, wall murals, parking and rule signs, flags, banners, A-frames, business cards and more.
The Result
A comprehensive approach and the inviting atmosphere of the clubhouses proved invaluable for the developer, with rentals leased in advance. The innovative solutions became the new standard for the client’s future real estate developments and surpassed the expectations of the interior designer and developer, setting new benchmarks with superior design and innovative materials.
