The October Maintenance Legends are here: Leaderboard winner Tegan Hyer of the Idaho Apartment Association and IPG; and panel winners LaShawn Dickson of the Charleston Apartment Association and Stonemark Management; and Ramon Sanchez of the New Jersey Apartment Association and MWRE. These legendary individuals each won the October prize package that included tickets to any sporting event and travel vouchers.   

Future monthly prize packages include high-value gift cards, travel vouchers, appliances and more. Monthly winners will also receive a paid trip with airfare and lodging to Apartmentalize in Philadelphia, June 19-21, 2024, where one monthly winner will be announced the grand prize winner and will drive away in a brand-new pickup truck. Also in June 2024, 25 additional winners will be selected to receive educational grants for access to free trainings and certifications including CAMT, CPO, EPA and more.
