Avanath Capital Management announced the continued expansion of its property management team with the appointment of Kat Flowers as Vice President, Education and Program Development and Matt Race as Vice President, Building Services. 

Avanath began its initiative to strengthen residential services through property management with the appointment of Carly Stevenson to Executive Vice President of Property Management in late 2022. Stevenson joined the firm’s leadership team with more than 20 years of management and real estate experience with companies including AMLI Residential, Waterton and Trilogy Real Estate Group. 

Prior to joining Avanath, Flowers spent over 15 years with Legacy Partners Residential in a multitude of roles. In addition to her time at Legacy, Flowers has been an active trainer in multiple NAA certifications for the past decade through the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Flowers holds her CAM and CAPS certifications and is an AAMD Tribute Award Winner as their selection for “Most Outstanding Community Manager” in Colorado. 

Race has developed a maintenance centralization platform focused on asset preservation, as well as training and networking initiatives for the Avanath team. Race previously spent nearly 30 years in facility management roles with firms including CBRE, Walgreens and Goodwill Industries. 

Goldie Bartlett     Senior Managing Director of Property Management, Southeast      RangeWater Real Estate     Atlanta 

RangeWater Real Estate announced the addition of Goldie Bartlett to the firm’s property management team as the new Senior Managing Director of Property Management for the Southeast.  With over 100,000 units across the portfolio, the firm’s commitment to strategic growth remains evident with this key new hire to the leadership team. In her new role, Bartlett oversees and supports all aspects of property operations in the Southeast region, including Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. Prior to joining RangeWater, Bartlett held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Wood Partners. 

James L. Giblin     Senior Vice President     Mogharebi Group      Portland, Ore. 

The Mogharebi Group continues to expand its footprint throughout the West Coast, opening an office in Portland, Ore., under the direction of James L. Giblin, who joins the firm as Senior Vice President. The new office gives the firm a local presence to better support its clients’ increasing investment activities in the Pacific Northwest. Giblin also will work closely with Robert Parmar and Ryan Kidwell, who lead Mogharebi’s office in Seattle, which opened in August 2021. Giblin, who has spent the majority of his nearly 40-year career in the Portland multifamily markets, was formerly President and Principal Broker for The Giblin Company, a real estate investment firm he founded in 2013.  Previously, he was a broker with Marcus & Millichap. 

Mark Lambing      Project Partner and Vice President of Development      Dominium     Phoenix 

Dominium announced it has promoted Mark Lambing to Project Partner and Vice President of Development. Lambing began his Dominium career in 2017 as a development intern in the company’s Minneapolis office and held roles as a Development Associate and Senior Associate before achieving his current promotion. In 2020, he helped establish the company’s Mountain West office in Phoenix. Prior to working at Dominium, Lambing was an acquisitions intern for a private equity startup in New York City. 

Mirela Vukovic     Corporate Property and Asset Manager      Wingspan Development Group     Mount Prospect, Ill.

Wingspan Development Group has hired Mirela Vukovic as Corporate Property and Asset Manager. Vukovic will be responsible for managing and ensuring the financial strength of Wingspan’s national multifamily portfolio – including 1,500 completed units, 900 units under construction and 2,800 planned units. Vukovic joins Wingspan with more than 20 years of experience in property and asset management. Most recently, she worked for 10 years for Morguard, a Canadian real estate company. There, she managed operations and financials for a portfolio of properties in Chicago and did front-line property management for the 848-unit Alta K Station apartment high-rise in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. 

Michelle Jenson     Chief Property Officer    P.B. Bell       Scottsdale, Ariz. 

P.B. Bell announced Michelle Jenson has joined the team as the new Chief Property Officer. In her new role with P.B. Bell, Jenson will be responsible for the company’s property management operations as well as growing the portfolio. Prior to joining P.B. Bell, Jenson held leadership and business development roles at SRG Residential, Greystar and RPM Living. In 2018, Jenson was named Arizona Multihousing Association’s Property Supervisor of the Year. She earned her CAM in 2009, holds her Arizona Real Estate License and currently sits on the Arizona Board of Directors for the AMA, which she has been a part of for over 20 years. Jenson is replacing Debbie Willis, who announced her retirement from P.B. Bell in June after serving 40 years with the company.
