US Supreme Court Strikes Down Workplace Vaccination Requirement

On January 13, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) stayed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) relating to vaccination and mask requirements for unvaccinated employees. SCOTUS’ stay provides relief to covered employers with 100 employees or more, including rental owner and property management firms, across the country.
