RKW Residential increases its footprint in the Southeast with 13 new communities.
RKW Residential has expanded its footprint throughout the Southeast. The company announced the 13-community portfolio totaling more than 2,800 apartments on Aug. 25.
Among those communities are RKW’s first under management in Asheville, N.C., and Huntsville, Ala. “Asheville and Huntsville are two markets experiencing incredible growth and development activity,” RKW CEO Marcie Williams said in a release. “It is exciting to debut in both areas with a pair of stunning new apartment communities. We are also thrilled to significantly expand our presence throughout the Carolinas.”
Included in the 13 communities are several scattered throughout North Carolina as well as North Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Atlanta. The management firm is now in seven states.
