Who's Leaving the House of Representatives and Why
Forty-eight House members from both sides of the aisle have announced that they will not compete in the mid-term elections this November.
They include 29 Republicans and 19 Democrats who are leaving primarily for two reasons -- either to retire from public office or to run for other races.
