Marketing & Communications
The Manager, Digital Media is responsible for all email communications with members and non-members and management of all NAA social media channels. Other responsibilities include NAAHQ website support.
The Sales Account Manager, is a highly skilled sales closer, who focuses to continue to foster the growth of Supplier members and prospects. The incumbent is responsible for sponsorship sales, Open Door affinity program sales, acts as a liaison with NAA’s third-party sales agency that sells advertising to suppliers, sells NAA mailing lists to supplier partners and other assigned programs, products and services.

NAA is expanding its federal advocacy efforts on behalf of apartment developers, owners, operators and their partners. To augment our lobbying capacity on Capitol Hill and before the Executive Branch, we are hiring two Directors of Federal Legislative Affairs. Each Director will have responsibility for all aspects of advocacy on a portfolio of policy issues. They will work collaboratively with policy specialists, marketing and communications staff, PAC and grassroots professionals and others to respond effectively to federal legislation and regulation and design and execute proactive federal advocacy strategies.
The Industry Operations Manager has operational responsibility for delivery of content and programs which support apartment industry operational best practices. Develops content for conferences, networking events, newsletters, property management content on the website and other member communications.
The Salesforce Developer will develop, modify, or update applications (primarily Salesforce based) used by NAA, its affiliates and members. Lead, or play lead technical role in development teams' efforts to determine needs and processes that are automated by the AMS and other applications. Participate in or review all of the steps in the software development lifecycle to create and modify the software. He or she will report to the Director, IT operations and will work to design, develop and deploy solutions that cater to our marketplace.
