NAAEI

Manager, Training and Certification Operations

This position serves as administrator, project manager, and users’ support for National Apartment Association Education Institute’s (NAAEI’s) credentialing programs.  You will run all NAAEI credentialing processes, such as client enrollment, issuance of certification and administration of renewals, and oversee the use and expansion of Learning Management System (LMS) by all NAA affiliates and clients. In addition, you will serve as a liaison to NAA’s Information Technology Department to ensure the integrity of NAAEI’s data in the appropriate database and help define requirements for and implement any new technological tools.
