At any community, each maintenance job requires not only the right equipment, the maintenance teams must possess the right skills and expertise to complete work orders. These skills make it possible to execute repairs and installations correctly and in a timely manner for their residents. To further support our customers, we are committed to a continued technical education initiative. We host a variety of technical training courses and certification testing in the MSH Academy Room at each branch location.
Our veteran instructors technically train on subjects such as electrical wiring, HVAC, plumbing and appliance repair. They also administer exams for Certified Pool Operator and EPA Section 608. While most of our classes are geared towards training our maintenance team partners, our most popular class is Maintenance for Managers which provides a knowledge base and maintenance management tools for property managers.
Our goal is to ensure each training class at MSH Academy always provides great educational value to our customers. For that reason, we continuously evaluate and improve both the content of our training classes and our total class offerings to keep up with industry changes and trends. The right tools come in many different shapes and sizes, but sometimes the right tool is the right education.
