Ben Flood has joined Bonaventure as the Director of Land Development and Civil Engineering, Production. He will be responsible for managing the firm’s third-party civil engineering consultants and the site plan approval process for all internal development projects. He will also be working to support the company investments team as they navigate the rezoning and entitlements process for development deals.

Newmark is pleased to announce Cameron Palmer, MAI, AI-GRS, has joined the Valuation & Advisory practice as an Executive Vice President. Palmer, based in the firm’s Phoenix office, specializes in multifamily valuation and has more than a decade of commercial real estate valuation experience. He has completed appraisals on property types inclusive of multifamily, industrial, office, retail and senior living facilities. He was also an instructor of appraisal courses at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.

Jeff Cangemi has joined Greystar as Managing Director of University Partnerships. In this role, he will work with the University Partnerships team to expand Greystar’s platform in the East. Prior to joining Greystar, Cangemi held leadership roles with Star America Infrastructure Partners, Balfour Beatty and Lendlease, focused on investment management, business development, project execution and operations across the U.S.

Video storytelling technology firm OneDay has launched Convey by OneDay, a property technology video platform designed specifically for multifamily leasing agents. The platform personalizes the sales process by leveraging high-quality videos to quickly connect with prospective and current residents. To lead OneDay’s new multifamily division, the company has appointed Mike Davis to Senior Vice President of Multifamily, and he brings more than 25 years of experience in this industry. He recently served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at RealPage.

Price Brothers announced the promotion of their Chief Financial Officer, Travis Whitacre, to Chief Executive and Financial Officer. He joined Price Brothers Management Company in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he was responsible for all financial affairs of the Company. Whitacre will continue to have a key voice in managing the revenues and expenditures across the real estate holdings. Ultimately, his objective is to add value to ownership’s balance sheet by active and efficient asset management and property management. Before joining Price Brothers Management Company, Whitacre was the Chief Accounting Officer for a mid-sized regional bank.

Robert Parmar has joined The Mogharebi Group as a Senior Vice President in the firm’s new Seattle office. Parmar joins The Mogharebi Group from Summerfield Companies, which he founded more than 20 years ago. He has established a remarkable reputation with his clients through overseeing all aspects of new business development, including investment, brokerage, and management in multifamily assets. The Seattle office marks the second of five new Western U.S. markets that The Mogharebi Group plans to enter over the next three years, following the opening of the Salt Lake City office in April 2021.
