The latest fitness facility at LMC caters to busy residents.
In an effort to deliver to on-the-go residents looking for a more time-efficient lifestyle, LMC has partnered with HOTWORX fitness as a retail addition at two of its communities.
The Morris in Nashville and The Whitney in Fort Lauderdale will feature this trendy exercise routine, described as a sauna-based training that consists of 30-minute isometric workouts and/or 15-minute high-intensity interval training sessions.
The objective is to create an ultra-efficient 30-minute workout, as the combination of infrared heat, infrared energy and exercise accelerates the detoxification process.
“This is the perfect fitness solution for those that don’t have the time to do the typical 60- or 90-minute workouts,” says LMC’s Chris Cassidy, Division President Southeast/Mid-Atlantic.
The Morris comprises 344 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. The Whitney is a 386-apartment home community located in the trendy area of Flagler Village in Fort Lauderdale.
LMC also added fitness studio Shadowbox to the retail landscape at Marlowe, a luxury mixed-use apartment community in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Shadowbox aims to bridge the gap between boxing and fitness with transformative benefits. The 15-story Marlowe, which touts itself as a boutique-inspired property, offers 176 apartments.
