Pamela McGlashen has joined Kaplan’s executive team as President of Management. Previously she was responsible for overseeing operations for a portfolio of more than 125 Assets with 25,000 apartment homes in 7 states; supervising 6 Regional Vice Presidents, 700 employees, Human Resources and Regulatory Compliance Departments; and overseeing new business development, fiscal planning, and budgeting for the organization.

Debra Kopolow has been promoted to senior vice-president at Pinnacle Property Management, Kopolow has oversight of 25,000 apartment homes across Nevada and Arizona. She has oversight of the largest regional hub operation at Pinnacle, with more than 19,500 units in Las Vegas alone. She manages 14 regional operators and more than 600 team members.

Alex Housten joined dormakaba as the designated new Chief Operating Officer for Access Solutions AMER, which includes businesses in the USA, Canada, Mexico and South America. Before joining dormakaba, Housten held progressive leadership positions at Carrier Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (UTC).

MRI Software promoted longtime finance VP Roman Telerman to Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for managing global financial strategy, operations and forecasting, he will continue to support MRI’s growth, scalability and financial health. He replaces Bruce Duner, MRI’s outgoing CFO, who joined in early 2019 and saw the company through a number of key acquisitions.

MRI appointed experienced software executive David Bowie as its senior vice president and managing director, Asia Pacific. Based in Sydney, Bowie joins MRI from AI and analytics industry leader SAS, where he was vice president and managing director for its Australia and New Zealand division, after holding leadership roles at IBM and Dimension Data.
