Jacolow has been an industry-leading Chief Information Officer over the past three decades focusing on the institutional investment advisory, property management, and brokerage markets. He will partner with our business leaders to further define and implement a technology roadmap as well as develop and execute a data-focused, high-impact strategy to support DLP’s rapidly growing businesses.

Freddie Mac Multifamily announced Jason Griest has been named Vice President of Multifamily Securitization. In his new role, he will lead the structuring team, which includes managing the multifamily loan pipeline and multifamily credit risk transfer executions. Griest is a veteran of the financial services industry with more than 20 years of experience. He’s been with Freddie Mac Multifamily since 2013, and previously held capital markets and securitization roles with Fannie Mae, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase.

Stephen Frazee has joined MORGAN as DFW City Partner. In this role, Frazee is responsible for leading MORGAN’s development efforts in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets and establishing a local office in Dallas later this year. Prior to joining MORGAN, he served as Development Manager for JPI, a Dallas-based multifamily development and construction management company.

Alliance Residential Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephen Keller to Nashville Development Director. He will be moving from Alliance’s Southeast headquarters in Atlanta to Nashville, Tenn. As Nashville Development Director, Keller is responsible for sourcing and executing new development opportunities throughout the state of Tennessee to further expand Alliance’s portfolio in this market. Prior to joining Alliance, Keller was a part of the debt and structured finance team at CBRE in Atlanta.

Andrea Orio has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Administration and Compliance at Beacon Communities. Orio has been with Beacon Communities for over 25 years. Prior to her promotion to Senior Vice President of Administration and Compliance, she led the Compliance Department as Vice President, overseeing high level compliance for over 19,000 units. As Senior Vice President, Orio will oversee the newly formed Compliance and Administration Department at Beacon.

Beacon Communities has promoted Gary Dufresne to Senior Vice President of Capital Planning and Management. Dufresne has been with Beacon Communities for nearly a decade. In his new role of Senior Vice President of Capital Planning and Management, he will be responsible for evaluating capital improvement and physical infrastructure needs and requirements throughout Beacon’s portfolio of properties. Prior to his new role, Gary served as Senior Director of Operations at Beacon before being promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, announced Kent Myers has joined IPA as a Director in Austin, Texas. In this role, he will continue to execute multifamily investment property transactions on behalf of institutional and major private clients in partnership with IPA’s Texas-based team. Since 2006, he has closed the sale of 17,500 units throughout Texas. Myers began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2008 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Investments in 2018.

Veteran multifamily professional Ben Ketel has joined The Mogharabi Group, responsible for servicing and expanding the firm’s platform Advisory Services throughout California and key Western U.S. markets. During the course of his 25-year career, Ketel joins TMG from commercial real estate investment firm Red Tail Acquisitions, a subsidiary of Fowler Property Acquisitions. As Managing Partner, he directed and managed the acquisition of thousands of multifamily units and millions of square feet of commercial real estate assets. Previously he was a Principal and Partner at FPA.
