Alfonso Flores, Vice President of Finance, will oversee management of Campus Advantage’s finance, accounting, budgeting, planning, tax and billing. Flores brings more than 19 years of experience in financial and accounting services to Campus Advantage. Most recently, Flores served as Corporate Controller at Invitation Homes in Dallas, Texas, where he was responsible for the Corporate Accounting and Debt and Equity teams.

Angela Shaw will be responsible for developing policies and coordinating human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and employee services as Vice President of Human Resources for Campus Advantage. Shaw brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience from various industries and recently held a leadership position at The Hollis Company.

Beacon Communities has named Ben Phillips Senior Vice for Development. Phillips will provide leadership focused on new business development, integration and cross-developmental functions in new and expanding markets. Phillips recently helped launch Develop Detroit, a high-capacity nonprofit real estate firm focused on inclusive neighborhood development, serving as Vice President of Real Estate.

Alessandra de Vaca has been named Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon Communities. A 35-year HR veteran, she will focus on the implementation of Beacon’s talent management strategies, including learning and development. Previously, de Vaca was Executive Vice President of Human Resources at WinnCompanies.
