Amy Groff, CAMARLINGTON, VA – The National Apartment Association (NAA) is pleased to announce the addition of Amy Groff, CPM, as Senior Vice President, Industry Operations. In this newly created role, Groff unifies NAA’s Research and the NAA Click & Lease Program under a single banner, positioning NAA to better assist members in managing their assets, increasing net operating income and avoiding costly compliance issues.

Groff will oversee the NAA Research team, which produces a monthly Apartment Jobs Snapshot, Market Momentum and other original industry research reports. She is also responsible for the NAA Click & Lease Program, which is the most widely used lease product in rental housing. Click & Lease allows users to create, sign and manage legally compliant leasing documents online.

“We’re glad to have Amy join us,” said NAA President & CEO Robert Pinnegar, CAE. “We created the Industry Operations Department so that our Association mirrors our members’ businesses. Amy’s industry background gives her a unique insight into what issues and concerns rental industry professionals have and better positions NAA to provide superior member service.”

Groff has more than two decades of experience in residential and mixed-use property management, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations for Kettler Management, where she was responsible for a portfolio of more than 62 communities with nearly 13,000 units. She has extensive property operations experience in areas including people management, financial reporting, acquisitions and dispositions, lease-up management, client relations and capital improvements.
