San Diego Executive Rick Snyder Named 2021 NAA Treasurer

ARLINGTON, VA | February 2, 2021 – San Diego real estate executive Rick Snyder, CPM, R.A. Snyder Properties, has begun his term as 2021 National Apartment Association (NAA) Treasurer.

Snyder has more than 30 years of real estate experience in property management, and his company has earned a leadership position in all aspects of the business including branding, market penetration and tech innovation.

In addition, Snyder has been involved with NAA for more than 15 years, having served as a Region 10 Regional Vice President, Membership Committee Chairman, and as a member of several committees including Governance and Global Outreach. He also served as president of the San Diego County Apartment Association in 2009. He has served in leadership roles for the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the California Apartment Association as well as the National Association of Realtors.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University with a major in real estate. He maintains a California Real Estate Broker’s license and serves as an active expert witness for real estate litigation.

“For more than 30 years Rick has worked tirelessly to improve our industry,” NAA President and CEO Bob Pinnegar said. “He has been an active volunteer at the local, state and national level for many years. His experienced insight and leadership will be of great value to our industry during this pivotal time.”
