These were the recent personnel moves of note in the apartment industry.

Brad Cribbins | Chairman Radix Scottsdale, Az.

Radix announced Brad Cribbins has joined the company as Chairman. Cribbins most recently served as President and CEO of Alliance Residential Co.'s Property Management division, which was acquired by Greystar Real Estate Partners in June 2020. At Alliance, he oversaw the management of approximately 140,000 apartment homes in 35 major markets throughout the U.S.

Cribbins joined Alliance in 2007 as Managing Director of Asset Management for the Alliance-owned portfolio. He was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing the Southwest and Mountain regions. In 2012, he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Management division. Five years later, he became President and CEO.

Shae Shults | President of Business Development The Bainbridge Companies Wellington, Fla.        

Bainbridge has announced the hiring of Shae Shults as President of Business Development. Based in Dallas, Shults will oversee the company’s corporate business development efforts, which includes portfolio acquisitions and management assignments, as well as joint venture-sourcing and overall corporate relationships across Bainbridge’s key growth markets in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest.

Shults brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience with REITs, owners and operators and fee-managed platforms. She has worked across owner-managed, third-party and joint venture assets with specialized expertise in business development and client services.

Kevin Colard | Chief Investment Officer of Weidner Apartment Homes Kirkland, Wash.

Kevin Colard has been named Chief Investment Officer for Weidner Apartment Homes. Colard joined Weidner in 2006 and has helped grow the company through acquisitions to number 14 on the National Multifamily Housing Council's list of top apartment owners.

During the past 14 years, Colard has moved up the ranks within Weidner's finance and acquisition department, continually expanding his contributions to the team. In 2016, he joined the executive team where he has been a strong voice and contributed to the strategic leadership of the company.
