Greenville Executive Mike Holmes Named 2017 NAA Treasurer

Greenville real estate executive Mike Holmes, Easlan Management Company, has begun his term as 2017 National Apartment Association (NAA) Treasurer.

Holmes has more than 40 years of real estate management experience and as President of Easlan Management Company oversees its entire property portfolio and staff. Prior to joining Easlan, Holmes worked at U.S. Shelter Company where he was Controller of Property Management Accounting, Assistant Vice President in charge of Acquisitions Due Diligence and Assistant Vice President in charge of Asset Management.

In addition, Holmes has been actively involved with NAA’s advocacy efforts having served as the Legislative Committee chair and NAAPAC chair for two years, and he remains a member of the Grassroots Committee. Holmes has also served on the NAA Budget and Finance Committee and NAA’s volunteer leadership development program, Leadership Lyceum. In addition, he served as the Region IV Regional Vice President for nine years.

“Mike is passionate about the apartment housing industry, especially when it comes to advocacy,” said NAA President and CEO Bob Pinnegar. “He has been actively involved with our Legislative Committee and the NAAPAC. He will serve a vital role and be a great resource for new Chairman Cindy Clare.”
