Here’s how one firm pitched in.
First Communities, an apartment management company in Atlanta, helped the Atlanta Community Food Bank triple its donations on Giving Tuesday Now (Tuesday, May 5).
First Choice has been involved with the Food Bank since 1984. This time, the company agreed to triple every donation to the food bank up to a total of $275,000.
“The Atlanta Community Food Bank's need has significantly increased since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic,” says Kyle Waide, President and CEO of Atlanta Community Food Bank. “We are thankful to have partnered with First Communities for the past 36 years, and we are even more thankful for the support of our friends at First Communities during this critical time of need.”
