Charlottesville Executive Ronda Puryear Begins Term as 2021 NAA Vice Chairman

ARLINGTON, VA | February 2, 2021 – Charlottesville real estate executive Ronda Puryear, CAM, CPM, Management Services Corporation, has begun her term as 2021 National Apartment Association (NAA) Vice Chairman.

Puryear has nearly 30 years of real estate experience in property management, marketing and development, and as President of Residential Management for Management Services Corporation, she oversees the operation of more than 4,000 rental housing units throughout Virginia and North Carolina.

In addition, Puryear has been involved with NAA for more than 10 years, having served as a Region I Regional Vice President, a member of the Governance Committee and Chair of both the Student Housing Committee and the Conference Committee.

She also served two terms as Chair of the Virginia Apartment Management Association. She is also a member of the Manufactured Housing Enterprises Board of Directors and the Blue Ridge Apartment Association Board of Directors, where she also served two years as Chair. Puryear is a graduate of the NAA Leadership Lyceum volunteer leadership development program and serves as an instructor for the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential programs.
