Course Details

Participants learn concepts and strategies and are provided with tools to build their reputation as leaders who develop exceptional managers, maximize their strengths and unleash the human potential within their organization. The Clifton Strengths Finder assessment helps participants gain insight into their greatest strengths. The Four Keys Coaching Guide helps leaders learn more about their direct reports and how to best manage them.
 
This program incorporates the findings of Gallup’s extensive and ongoing research into two full days of interactive, energizing and application-based learning. In addition, each participant will take part in three private one-hour telephone coaching sessions with a Gallup consultant to formulate a personal management development plan and an action plan to enhance team performance.
