"I have taken other leadership courses throughout my career and this is one of the best I have ever taken."
Tom Daniels, Riverstone Residential Group, Division President
"Entirely worth it, more than worth it.  Within the first couple of hours, one of the biggest things I noticed was that I felt energized, I felt good, I felt like I was learning something, that someone was putting a jolt of energy in my psyche and it still continues."
Diana Pittro, RMK Management, Executive Vice President
"I think one of the things that is most impressive to me about this training is that it allows me to focus on my strengths and the things that I can do to enhance reputation with my team as well as more importantly helping them get to a point in their careers where I am utilizing their strengths so I can talk to them in a language that makes more sense to them."
Greg Cerbana, Weidner Apartment Homes, Director of Public Relations
I am going to have my entire leadership team take the assessment so I can get their strengths and we are going to talk about it as a group and leverage those moving forward."
Amy Funk, Camden Property Trust, Regional Vice President
"I think the thought process of the philosophy of working to the strengths more than trying to fix the weaknesses was a revolution for me because we always try to fix the things people aren’t good at instead of maximizing other things that they are good at."
Robin Flagler, Kettler Management Inc., Vice President of Operations
"I feel like this leadership development class has been long overdue.  I have been in the business for many years and this has been great!  I now have tools to take back with me to implement with my team and not just at work but with my family life as well."
Amy Groff, Kettler Management Inc., Vice President of Operations
