Fogelman Properties announced the promotion of Kim Young to Vice President of Shared Services and the appointment of Josh Siddon as First Vice President of Information Technology. Young has been with Fogelman for more than 15 years, previously serving as Manager of Business Systems, Systems Coordinator and Project Manager. In her new role as Vice President of Shared Services, Young will oversee all business systems, providing strategic direction for property management software and new technology products.

Siddon brings nearly 25 years of experience across multiple industries to the new role. He is responsible for creating, executing and supporting the overall business strategy for information technology at Fogelman, including systems 
administration, network and cloud–data warehousing and telecom. Prior to joining Fogelman, Siddon served as VP of IT at Old Time Pottery.

Melanie Stiles     Vice President of Marketing      Birchstone Residential     Coppell, Texas

Birchstone Residential announced the addition of Melanie Stiles as Vice President of Marketing. With a 25-year career in multifamily, Stiles brings a wealth of expertise and experience to Birchstone. She most recently served as Vice President of Marketing at Highmark Residential. In her new position, she will oversee Birchstone's integrated marketing communication, customer acquisition platform and brand image. At Highmark Residential, Stiles developed and carried out the company’s communication and integrated marketing strategies for more than 90,000 apartment homes across the U.S. Previously, she led Milestone Management’s corporate and real estate marketing initiatives.

Grace Hill announced that Shae Green has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this new leadership role, Green will oversee the company’s investment in people and culture, leadership and career growth among other duties. Prior to joining Grace Hill, Green led human resources functions at Continental Battery Company, Trescal and Genuine Parts Company. Green’s work throughout her 20-year career has included being a collaborative and strategic partner to business leaders while focusing on critical initiatives such as workforce diversity, equity and inclusion planning, employee engagement and change management.

Woodmont Properties announced five new hires: Michael Palmer as Vice President of Development; Keith Meehan as Director of Industrial Construction; Christine Marsh as Real Estate Paralegal; Ty’ya Givens as Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager; and Padraig Ryan as Marketing Specialist. 

Palmer’s experience and projects include urban and suburban multifamily, single family and townhome, and a unique selection of adult single and multifamily communities. Prior to joining Woodmont, he served as an executive at notable real estate development companies throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and beyond such as Toll Brothers and Orleans Home Builders.

Meehan’s career includes project management and development. Among his previous roles, he served as a Senior Project Manager at Duke Realty Corporation; Vice President and Northeast Market Lead at PREMIER Design + Build Group; and Project Manager at REDCOM Design & Construction.

Marsh joins Woodmont having previously worked as a paralegal for firms specializing in health law and civil rights violations, she brings a diverse background, cross-industry knowledge and a unique skillset to the team.

Givens brings with her a wealth of knowledge gleaned from over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Her unique 
professional experience, education and background in data analysis contributes to her knowledge in marketing and brand strategy.

Ryan leverages his seven-plus years of marketing experience to develop and communicate Woodmont’s strategy and multifamily offerings on a broad scale. His professional expertise encompasses digital and print content development, online content creation, website development, project management and design.

The Breeden Company announced Barry Tomlin, Vice President of Property Management, has departed the company effective Aug. 5 after joining the Breeden organization in 2007. He wants to be closer to family in another region of the country. Bonnie Moore will serve as President of Property Management after her previous position as the division’s Operations Director. Mark Denny, an 11-year Breeden associate, has been promoted to Vice President of Property Management. Denny’s new role will support the goals and initiatives of The Breeden Company’s property management division by furthering collaborative strategies and operational efficiencies for prospective client and business development to grow Breeden’s third-party management portfolio.

Chestnut Hill Realty (CHR) has announced the promotion of two of its associates to leadership positions within the organization. Melissa Hartman has been appointed to Vice President of Human Resources. Now in her 20th year at CHR, Hartman focuses her efforts on creating and maintaining a high performing organization that meets strategic and operational goals. She has played an indispensable role in improving the work-life experience for CHR’s 200-plus employees, including creating a nationally recognized wellness program and instituting CHR’s mentoring program. Saige Munroe earned her promotion to Director of Human Resources after serving for 10 years as CHR’s Human Resources Manager and HR Assistant. In her current position, Munroe oversees payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, training and orientation. She also manages the company’s COVID protocols and return-to-work guidelines. She also serves on the NAAEI education faculty.
