How do I log in?

What kind of accesses will I have?

There are two types of user accesses. Corporate Admin user access and Lease Property user access.

As a Corporate Admin, what can I do within Lease Portal 2.0?

You will see all the tabs- User Management, Management Company, Order, Property, Invoices, Cart.

  • User Management- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to manage all the users, add/delete users, create groups, assign user/properties to groups, assign users to properties and add/delete properties.
  • Management Company- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to view and edit Management Company details.
  • Property- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to see all the properties and the relevant statuses.
  • Invoices- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to see all outstanding invoices.
  • Order- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to order lease packages for the properties
  • Cart- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to see ordered lease packages in the cart and pay by credit card or check.
How can an admin or corporate user edit management company information?

What is the character limit for property and legal name?

A property name cannot exceed thirty (30) characters. A legal name is limited to seventy-five (75) characters.

As a Property level user, what can I do within the Lease Portal 2.0?

With the exception of User Management and Management Company tabs, you will be able to see and do everything that corporate admin can do. You will see these tabs:

  • Property- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to see all the properties and the relevant statuses.
  • Invoices- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to see all outstanding invoices.
  • Order- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to order lease packages for the properties
  • Cart- As a Corporate Admin, you will be able to see ordered lease packages in the cart and pay by credit card or check.
How do I add or edit properties?

As a Property level user, I am able to see my property, but unable to move it to the cart.

If you see an asterisk mark next to a property, the property won't be added to the cart because the property is missing some data. Please click edit, a modal window will open, fill in required details and save. This property will now show in the cart.

As a Property level user, I am unable to see my property.

Please contact the Corporate Admin of your company. He/She can add the relevant properties for you.

How do I see property status definitions?

What do the different statuses mean?

The following table shows the property status definitions. You will also see the definitions as you hover around those statuses.

Status Description
Eligible Two months before renewal date, or a new property can be processed for ordering.
Pending Waiting on Blue Moon to activate.
Probation

The account is active and the user has a defined time-period to resolve any items. 30 days to become a member and have membership verified by local NAA affiliate. 60 days to pay invoice.

Account hold date is when Click & Lease access will be disabled due to outstanding items not being resolved.

Hold Access temporarily on-hold until membership is verified and/or an outstanding invoice is resolved.
Active There are no membership or payment items to resolve, and NAA Click & Lease program is active.
Ineligible Property is located in Texas and must be ordered through Blue Moon Software, or it is part of a Bundled Small Property Package. For assistance, contact NAA Client Solutions Center at 833-86-MYNAA (833-866-9622).
As a Property Level Use, am I able to sort the properties?

Yes. You will be able to sort properties differently. Click on the header to sort properties by that column.

What is the cut-off date?

Cut-off date is when you will lose access to the site, unless you make payments as needed for A/R and/or Membership.

How do I order and check out?

What must my ideal property page look like?

Ideally, your property page should show an active status for all the properties and should be free of any asterixis indicating all the data is correctly populated.

Why is my property on hold?

All properties with invoices aged greater than sixty (60) days from date of invoice will be placed on hold. A hold means the property is not able to access lease forms, document storage, or generate new leases. Please contact our Client Solutions Center at 833-86-MYNAA (833-866-9622) to make a payment by check or credit card to remove the hold and resume access to NAA Click & Lease.

Why was my account cancelled?

If an invoice remains unpaid after ninety (90) days from date of invoice, the account will be cancelled and closed. This means the property will no longer have access to NAA Click & Lease forms, and any default settings and stored forms on their account will be deleted.

Once an account is cancelled, a property must re-order the Click & Lease program and set up and default settings.

To prevent cancellation of your account, please contact our Client Solutions Center at 833-86-MYNAA (833-866-9622) to make a payment by check or credit card to remove a hold from your account and resume access to NAA Click & Lease.
