NAA reserves the right to review all conference registrations. If NAA identifies your company as a non-exhibiting supplier, you will be notified and be required to register as a Non-Exhibiting Supplier registration at $2,500.
Badge Pick Up Information
All registrants will be able to pick up their badges and conference materials at the Onsite Registration desk at the conference. Any badge that needs to be reprinted on-site for any reason will be charged a mandatory $50 fee. No exceptions. Badges and other registration materials will not be distributed to any registrant that has not paid in full.
All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by September 15, 2019 and are subject to a $25 substitution fee. A letter from the original registrant must be accompanied by the substitution request. After September 16, 2019, all changes must be processed on-site in Atlanta and are subject to the $25 administrative fee per name change.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received by July 30, 2019 will receive a full refund minus the mandatory $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received between July 31, 2019 and September 15, 2019 will receive a 50% refund. NO REFUNDS will be permitted after September 16, 2019. All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the NAA Maximize Registration Center at [email protected].
