Day Two – Breakouts
Tuesday is all about learning and education. Throughout the course of the day, there will be 2 breakout session per hour on topics like amenities, tech investments and regulatory issues.
Day One Emcee: Greg Roth
Greg Roth is a keynote speaker and consultant. His practice, The Idea Enthusiast LLC, teaches individuals and teams to challenge themselves creatively and to establish a culture of experiments that lead to better ideas and better products.
Greg is a faculty member of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization Management; the Chair of the Washington Speechwriters Roundtable; and has served as Vice Chair of Education for the Communication Section Council at ASAE. He earned a B.A. in Journalism, with a minor in Coaching, from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
Ryan Severino, CFA, Chief Economist at Jones Lang LaSalle, is known for his candor, nuanced interpretation of data and passionate, nerdy-yet-spirited speaking style. He manages the economics team and is responsible for global and regional economic research, analysis and forecasting as well as property market forecasting.
He teaches economics and portfolio risk and investment management at Columbia University and New York University. Additionally, he is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Institute and a CFA charter holder, as well as a member of the American Economic Association, National Association for Business Economics and the Urban Land Institute.
