While an in-person Maintenance Mania National Championship was not held in 2020, NAA and HD Supply would like to recognize the regional finalists from the local events held during the 2019-2020 Maintenance Mania Season:
Kettler’s Rachid Chabraoui captured his first Maintenance Mania™ championship on June 28 in Denver. Chabraoui, a member of the Apartment & Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington, was among 20 finalists who advanced from a pool of thousands of competitors to vie for the title of the world’s fastest maintenance technician. Anthony Infussi of the Dolben Company and the Maryland Multi-Housing Assocation placed second; Brandon Gay with the ContraVest and the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando finished third. The Maryland Multi-Housing Association took home the Spirit Award.
The 13th annual National Championship, hosted by NAA and presenting sponsor HD Supply, took place during NAA’s Apartmentalize in Denver. Eight maintenance-focused challenges tested competitors’ skills and knowledge as they competed for the national title and nearly $20,000 in prizes courtesy of the presenting and national sponsors.

Gay, a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando, was among 20 finalists who advance from a pool of thousands of competitors. Lannon Quintana with Cardinal Group Management was second and Anthony Alfaro with the Gene B. Glick Company finished third. The Atlanta Apartment Association took home the Spirit Award title.

Jorge Blanco again earned the title of National Champion Friday, June 23, at the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) 2017 Maintenance Mania® competition. Blanco, a member of the Apartment & Office Building Association (AOBA) and employee of Kettler Management, was among 20 finalists who qualified from a pool of thousands nationwide to battle in Atlanta for this year’s title. Second and third place titles were awarded to Michael Shaffer, The Westover Companies,Delaware Apartment Association, and Anthony Alfaro of the Gene B. Glick Company, Indiana Apartment Association, respectively. The Apartment & Office Building Association (AOBA) won the Spirit Award.
