ARLINGTON, VA | July 7, 2022 – Cincinnati’s Jacob Paff of Village Green captured his first Maintenance Mania™ national championship title late last month in San Diego. Paff, a member of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) was among 20 finalists who advanced from a pool of thousands of competitors to vie for the title of the world’s fastest maintenance technician. Greg Quercetti of The Westover Companies and the Delaware Apartment Association placed second; Jimmy Garcia with RangeWater Real Estate and the First Coast Apartment Association finished third.
The 15th annual National Championship, hosted by the National Apartment Association (NAA) and presenting sponsor HD Supply, took place during Apartmentalize, NAA’s annual conference and exposition, held June 22 – 24 in San Diego. Seven maintenance-focused challenges tested competitors’ skills and knowledge as they competed for the national title and nearly $20,000 in prizes courtesy of the presenting and national sponsors.

- Halstead® Click Lock Plank Installation
- Kidde® Fire and Carbon Monoxide Safety Installation
- Kwikset® Key Control Deadbolt Test

- Race Car Competition
