Executive Viewpoint - "Green" State of the Industry

The concept of "going green" is not new to the multifamily housing industry, but it is evolving and chaning at a rapid pace.  Tools and resources that were cutting edge a few years ago are business as usual for some companies, and early adopters have paved the way for even more breakthroughs in tools, resources, products and services, that ultimately have increased the "Green" profile in the industry.  Leading executives in the industry will share their experience with the evolution of the green revolution, current trends in development, and the success they have experienced with various green initiatives.  Highlights will include green strategies and tools that have had a positive impact corporately and at properties, not only financially, but through marketing and leasing programs and resident retention, maintenance cost, sub-metering, and improved access to financing.  You will have the opportunity to learn more about what green trends migh tbe going away or becoming the norm, and green building standards, and their important and relevance for multifamily.  There will be ample time for audience Q&A.
