American Kendall Properties is seeking approval for a $25 million development in Grand Rapids, Michigan, aimed at young professionals returning to the area and looking for work.
The 203-unit development, referred to as Knapp Corner Flats, will include courtyards, onsite parking, a pool, a fitness center and a business center. It will also provide easy access to nearby amenities, such as entertainment, groceries and outdoor activities.
If the development plan is approved, the company is looking to break ground on the projectwhich is comparable to communities the company has developed in Cincinnatithis fall.
