ApartmentVision Webinar: How Tech Can Boost Property NOI

Technology solutions have rapidly moved from nice-to-have apartment community amenities to critical components of an efficiently operating business. The impact of quarantined residents and social distancing have increased the need for greater self-serve capabilities like virtual showings, remote repair troubleshooting for residents and contactless deliveries. Adapting to ensure the safety of residents and staff in addition to growing smart home demand is putting technology at the forefront for rental housing operators to help solve business limitations and meet resident expectations.

Attend this webinar to learn ways that technology can help you in your day-to-day management of staff productivity, reduced operating expenses and the resident experience.

In this webinar, we'll discuss such topics as:

  • Using virtual services to efficiently find new tenants and connect with your residents
  • Reducing costs through automated inventory management and maintenance/concierge service apps
  • Acquiring and retaining community members through a personalized resident experience anchored by smart home products
  • Managing business operations more effectively with data-driven reporting and insights from tech systems
  • Saving energy costs in common areas and empty units with remote control of power, lights and temperature
  • Securing your property with remote, cloud-based systems
