Apartment and Energy Providers Meet the Moment Together

The past year uncovered challenges and opportunities for the multi-unit dwelling and utility industries; for example, the recent ice storm in Texas left millions of apartment residents without power and water.  At the same time solar, batteries and smart thermostats are creating new revenue opportunities for utilities and apartment operators.  What are the most promising energy-related opportunities and how can the two industries better collaborate to capture them?  A diverse panel of industry experts from Avalon Bay, PearlX, UC Berkeley, RealPage, Eversource, National Apartment Association, and SEPA will present and discuss.

In this webinar, you’ll learn to:

  • Describe insights from utility and apartment leaders on the biggest energy opportunities and challenges.
  • Identify existing collaborations between the two industries.
  • Evaluate how energy companies and their local, leading apartment operators can collaborate more effectively.
