NAA Leadership Lyceum

NAA's Leadership Lyceum

NAA’s Leadership Lyceum Program provides up to 34 individuals with an opportunity to develop as a volunteer leader.  It is designed to identify, inform, inspire and empower new and emerging volunteer leaders of the National Apartment Association.

Active NAA members and volunteers with NAA Affiliates at the state, local, or national level will experience an immersive and collaborative year-long program, bringing together professionals from various organizations across the country to build knowledge and share experiences with each other.

Since its pilot class in 2005, NAA’s Leadership Lyceum has prepared NAA volunteers for leadership roles with NAA and beyond. Our graduates represent NAA’s 10 regions, and this program equips active NAA volunteers with the skills and confidence to grow as volunteer leaders in the apartment industry.

Nominations are accepted from NAA’s Regional Vice Presidents, National Suppliers Council, Association Executive Council and active NAA Members. Interested individuals may apply below.
