Responding to the need for leadership training within the rental housing industry, NAAEI has partnered with Dale Carnegie Training to design and deliver a world-class program called the NAAEI Leadership Experience.
Successful leaders are those willing to adapt and sharpen their own skills to improve team performance. By completing these full-day seminars, based on Dale Carnegie's world-class curricula and developed by apartment industry executives, you'll learn what it takes to be a leader who inspires and empowers, creating confident and enthusiastic teams that grow your net operating income.
If you're in charge of a team, whether as a corporate department head, regional manager or other team leader, this seminar is for you! It is being offered at the NAA's annual Apartmentalize conference in June, but, if you are already planning on attending this conference, you can conveniently sign-up for the NAAEI Leadership Experience course as well. Please note that registration for any of NAAEI's training is a separate registration fee from the conference.

No refunds will be issued. If for any reason you cannot attend the course you registered for, your company may send someone in your place. If you choose to drop the class and cannot send a replacement, you may receive a credit for up to one year towards another Leadership Training course.
