DEI Week 2024 - Connecting the Dots Between DE&I and Mental Health
Who should attend: Property Owners, Onsite Management, Affiliates, HR Professionals
Why it’s important: Creating a supportive workplace and having an engaged and enthusiastic workforce cultivates a good company culture that helps retain talent and improve performance. When you avoid topics like DE&I, mental health and their connection, you open yourself and your organization up to mental health issues in the workplace, negative company culture, reduced employee engagement, legal & ethical risks, stigma & discrimination and missed opportunities for innovation.
What you’ll get out of it:
-
The ability to identify the connections between DE&I and mental health.
-
A better understanding of how to balance personal and professional well-being.
-
Strategies for fostering positive mental health practices.
