Frequently Asked Questions for Exhibitors

UPDATE as of August 27, 2020 - NAA has decided to cancel 2020 Apartmentalize in Dallas.

Every year, the apartment industry looks forward to connecting and celebrating with colleagues and partners from around the country at Apartmentalize. Unfortunately, this year, given the growing concerns around COVID-19 in Texas and after much consideration of the health and safety of everyone in the industry, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel an onsite Apartmentalize, which was scheduled for November 4-6 in Dallas.

We are as disappointed as you are that we are unable to hold this event in person. The most important thing all of us can do is to stay safe and focus on helping each other through the current challenges. Please know that NAA remains committed to finding ways for our members to collaborate and stay connected even though we can’t be together in person. APTvirtual is one way we will do that.

What are the updated cancellation policies for current exhibitors?

  • All Paid Exhibitors will automatically be converted over to the 2020 APTvirtual exhibit to be held November 2- 6. NAA will transfer paid exhibit booth, exhibitor registration badges and online ad packages (MapYourShow) from the onsite 2020 Apartmentalize in Dallas to the onsite 2021 Apartmentalize in Chicago to be held June 16 – 18, minus the $950 APTvirtual exhibit fee. The additional APTvirtual exhibit fee does not apply to any Paid Exhibitor that signed up for APTvirtual exhibit prior to the 2020 Apartmentalize cancellation. NAA will lock in the 2020 exhibit booth and registration rate for 2021 and no rate increase will be applied.
  • Exhibitors can request a refund on paid exhibit booth(s), less a $950 APTvirtual exhibit fee by emailing [email protected] no later than September 4, 2020. Paid online ad packages will receive a refund, less a $75 fee. Paid exhibitor registration badges for 2020 Apartmentalize in Dallas will receive a full refund. All refunds will be processed within 60 – 90 days.
  • Prior Registration and Housing made through Spargo and Exhibitor Booth Services ordered through NexxtShow and/or Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
