Words are the currency that commitment uses. In this session, learn how to communicate and navigate through conflict resolution to build trust and reliability. We will challenge you to see that two people can see things differently, and both be right. We will explore conversations vs. dialogue, active speaking, conflict vs. combat, identify triggers and how to avoid them, as well as give you tools to move through conflict. By the end of the session, you will be able to see that conflict resolution begins with you and ends with creating understanding.
